A powerhouse pairing for Prashanth Neel’s high-octane thriller
Dragon, which was previously referred to as #NTR31, marks the first collaboration between Jr NTR and Prashanth Neel. The newly released glimpse introduces a gritty, blood-soaked world set in 1967, focusing on the global opium trade post-Independence.
In this dark cinematic universe, Jr NTR portrays ‘Luger’, a ruthless assassin-in-chief of the Afghan Trading Company. Standing atop a cliff surrounded by a pile of bodies, the actor delivers a spine-chilling dialogue that sets a dark, fierce tone for the movie.
An ambitious period action drama on the horizon
The highly anticipated film is co-produced by Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts. Alongside Jr NTR and Rukmini Vasanth, the period drama stars Bollywood veteran Anil Kapoor as Raghuveer Rathod, the chief of India’s Narcotics Bureau, along with a stellar ensemble cast.
