Rajinikanth has officially commenced work on his latest commercial entertainer, titled Dharman. Directed by Ashwath Marimuthu, known for his previous work Oh My Kadavule, the project marks a significant collaboration within the industry. The film is produced by Kamal Haasan under the prestigious Raaj Kamal Films International banner, which has confirmed that production for the film is currently underway.
In this project, Rajinikanth is set to portray the role of a doctor. The technical and creative team is anchored by composer Anirudh Ravichander, who is handling the music for the film. The currently confirmed cast members for the feature include Simran, Raasii Khanna, and Yogi Babu, who are all attached to the production as it moves through its early stages of filming.
Regarding the supporting cast, reports have emerged suggesting that the production house is in discussions with Rukmini Vasanth for an undisclosed role. As of now, no official statement regarding her potential involvement has been released by either the production company or the actress’s representatives. It is important to note that Rukmini Vasanth is currently associated with other upcoming projects, specifically Dragon and Toxic.
